Bindi Patel, Senior Associate at Piedmont M&A Advisors, advises owners with purchasing, selling and financing businesses.
Over the past 20 years, Bindi has been an expert consultant in the environmental, sustainability, and socioeconomic arenas. Her expertise includes providing analytical and strategic technical counsel for businesses and managing domestic and international business transactions. Her prior clients include public and private sector entities including multilateral development banks, the United Nations, World Bank, USAID, and The Coca-Cola Company.
Bindi has received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Geology from Washington and Lee University and has earned a Master of Environmental Management degree with a concentration in International Development and Environmental Economics and Policy from Duke University. She has received certifications from the University of London and the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business.
Bindi has a passion for travel and has lived in various cities around the world. Her background has led to many exciting explorations and adventures. She currently resides in Atlanta, GA, her original hometown.
