Bindi Patel

Bindi Patel, Senior Associate at Piedmont M&A Advisors, supports business owners throughout the transaction process, assisting with financial analysis, market research, due diligence, buyer and investor outreach, and transaction execution. For the past five years, Bindi has worked closely with clients and the Piedmont team to help ensure a well-organized and efficient process from initial planning through closing.

Prior to joining Piedmont, Bindi built a successful consulting career in environmental management, sustainability, international development, and socioeconomic analysis. Her expertise includes providing analytical and strategic technical counsel for business and managing domestic and international business transactions.  Her prior clients include public and private sector organizations, including the United Nations, World Bank, USAID, multilateral development banks, and The Coca-Cola Company.

Bindi received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Geology from Washington and Lee University and earned a Master of Environmental Management degree with concentrations in International Development and Environmental Economics and Policy from Duke University. She has also completed professional certifications through the University of London and the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business.

Bindi has a passion for travel and has lived in various cities around the world.  Her background has led to many exciting explorations and adventures.  She currently resides in Altana, GA.
